Including the authority and independence of the Ombudsman in investigations of non-compliance with policies, regulations and anti-bribery controls. With the commitment of the Senior Management to disseminate the ethical principles and the anti-bribery policy in the organization, taking into account that there will be consequences for non-compliance with these requirements of the SGAS, with a commitment to continuous improvement".
